The Environmental Conditions Sensor for Versatile Applications

easylogger sh 004 en shadow

Easylogger®

The Easylogger® is a environmental conditions sensor designed to measure temperature (°C) and CRH (corresponding relative humidity %). It is equipped with a high-precision integrated sensor.

Installed directly into fresh screed or retrofitted into cured substrates, it records all relevant environmental conditions data every three hours.

Version 1

Monitoring Screed Drying Progress

Installed Directly in Fresh Screed

Easylogger® is installed during screed application and measures temperature and humidity within the air layer directly above the screed – the critical zone for drying assessment.

After installation, the surface can be leveled (up to 8 mm) and covered. Easylogger® continues to document temperature and humidity trends beneath smooth floor coverings.
Stored data can be retrieved at any time.

Monitoring Moisture Beneath Floor Coverings

Retrofit Installation (Post-Installation Embedding)

In retrofit applications, Easylogger® is installed into an already cured substrate. A 35 mm drill bit is used to create an approximately 18 mm deep cavity into which the device is bonded.

The floor can then be leveled (up to 8 mm) and covered. Easylogger® continues recording temperature and humidity beneath smooth floor coverings.
Data remains accessible at any time.

Easylogger® App

Measured data can be retrieved via Bluetooth whenever required. Data synchronization is contactless and performed through the free Easylogger® App using your smartphone and a magnetic trigger.

Important Notes

For both installation methods, ensure that no screed, leveling compound, or adhesive enters the openings on the top side of the Easylogger®, as this may distort the measurement results.
After installation, insert the supplied marker flag into the smaller opening on the top to make the device easier to locate. Document the exact position of the device to ensure it can be accessed and read again after floor installation.

Procedure After Screed Curing

Once the screed has fully cured and reached installation readiness, the marker flag is removed and the protruding Easylogger® housing is trimmed flush using a sharp blade.
The device remains permanently embedded in the floor.
